I hope everyone had a great Christmas and holiday season!
I know Ship Naked was pushing to be finished with shipping by the 21st, but I've yet to receive any official word that that goal was met (likely due to how busy the week was, especially in the shipping industry). As it is now past December 21st (and then some) any US backers that have not received either A) Their pledge or B) a tracking number for their pledge, should feel free to email Ship Naked to follow up (by phone toll-free at 1-844-SHIP NAKED, via email at [email protected] or by text or voice at +01 603-401-9386).
They're likely out of the office until Monday, but it doesn't hurt to put the message in their box now.
US Shipping Info/Email

Ship Naked sent out an email to all remaining US backers. If you did not receive it, check your spam filters. Just in case, the text of the email reads as follows:
Greetings Ctrl-Alt-Del Backers!
We expect to complete all remaining US campaign reward packages of Ctrl-Alt-Del this week. For those of you who haven't yet received a shipping notification with your tracking number already, you should be getting it in the next few days. If you haven't received a shipping notification by mid-day December 21st, please email us at [email protected].
When you receive your shipment, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone toll-free at 1-844-SHIP NAKED, via email at [email protected] or by text or voice at +01 603-401-9386. We strive to respond to all requests by the next business day, so if we're on the line or out of the office when you call, please leave a voicemail.
Our offices are open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday Eastern Time aside from holidays. Please note we will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as well as New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!

I understand Ship Naked did not send out an email to backers as they suggested they would. I have reached out to Ideaspatcher to ask them to get me another update.
I receive daily emails/tweets from backers receiving their books/DVDs in the states, so US fulfillment does churn onward. Trying to get you some sort of progress report, though.
Small US Shipping Update

I've asked Ideaspatcher to ask their partner in the US for an update on shipping. Today we received the following reply:
"We'll have another update for the CAD campaign at the end of this week. The packages are more time intensive than originally expected due to the double boxing for product safety."
I'm told they intend to email the remaining US backers tomorrow with an update. A little over a week ago the information I received was that they were 60% finished, so I expect they are further along than that now.
Ship Naked (the affiliate contracted by Ideaspatcher to manage shipping in the US) is double-boxing every set of books, and for what it's worth, we have had next to no damaged deliveries in the US as a result. While it's slowing down the process, it's avoiding the painful process of exchanges/replacements and ensuring the box sets arrive in good shape.
That's more than I can say for a batch of books that shipped out of France to destinations in Canada and Australia, a portion of which appear to have somehow been submerged by sometime between handing them off to FedEx, and delivery. We're in the process of replacing books, and this is why we insured the packages, but it's incredibly frustrating all around.
So, for what it's worth, I'd take waiting a little longer for the books over receiving ruined product.
EU/CA/AUS/ROW Orders

If you are anywhere outside of the US, and you still have not received your pledge or a tracking number for your pledge, you can email [email protected] to get your tracking number.
All of those orders have shipped now (save for seven people who, despite months and months of emails asking them to fill out their Backerkit survey, did not do so until the last couple of weeks; those orders are not going out until the next round of shipping). So if you have not had any sign of your order yet, now is the time to follow up.
US order fulfillment continues this week, and I will make another post when I get the signal that all orders have shipped.
